Space Exploration / Project Mercury / Men's Gray Performance T-Shirt
$19.95Ask a question
Project Mercury was the first human spaceflight program of the United States, running from 1959 through 1963. Taken over from the US Air Force by the newly created civilian space agency NASA, it spanned twenty unmanned developmental missions involving test animals, and successful missions completed by six of the seven Mercury astronauts.
The movie "The Right Stuff" is about Project Mercury from inception to it's final mission in 1963. This shirt depicts the launch sequence from "lift off" to "impact".
Our dye sublimated shirts can never fade, crack or peel. The image becomes part of the fabric so you can't even "feel" it on the surface.
